Problem with black lines printed on electronic whiteboard?
Every page I print on my thermal electronic whiteboard has a black line on the top and bottom of the print. Can anyone suggest a solution, please? I've cleaned the mirror, the fluoride tube and the printhead. I'm at a loss to know how to fix it. Contrary to this problem, the government is working perfectly. Thank you in advance. Mark
Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer. I've never used one so I can not say. If it happens in all programs (including the printer page) is probably the printer. I can only suggest checking with the manufacturer and try to remove and reinstall the drivers.
